Enderassey’s Transaction Coordination service takes care of all the activities involved from Contract to Close, including:

• Examine all Purchase Agreements, counter offers, and amendments to verify they are completely executed, including correct dates, information, initials, and signatures.

• Develop a timeline and summary of the transaction to distribute to all involved parties.

• Confirm that disclosures are supplied in accordance with the timelines set out in the contract.

• Facilitate the initiation of the escrow process.

• Upload all relevant documents to ensure compliance with Brokerage requirements.

• Prepare the Commission Disbursement documentation.

• Ensure all essential documents are collected and ready for the closing process.
